While satellite internet connection might be the answer for someone who lives in a remote area where there is not the possibility of receiving broadband, or only receiving low speeds with their broadband, in an area where there is fast internet connection available, there is no real benefit to using a satellite system.

It depends what area you are in. There is cricket, AT&T, etc. A lot of people seem to be switching to the wireless broadband internet. So that is an option for you as well.
Unfortunately you may have only one broadband provider in your area. This has all been divided up without our choice or input. Usually you have the choice of broadband or DSL in any given area. I have found that getting a bundle- phone, cable, Inet, gives me the best price, and I've found by experience that broadband companies are more proficient, with better customer service than DSL- which tends to be basically phone companies.
I'm not sure what you mean by "broadband"; I'm assuming you mean wireless. So: wireless is out, satellite is likely out ("deep in a valley", though if the valley is broad enough or runs in the right direction it could work), DSL is PROBALY out ("remote area" ... DSL only works fairly near the phone company's central office). Cable may be an option if the area is served by cable and the cable provider offers it. If not, you're pretty much stuck with dialup.
If you are in an area where you can get it then the best you can get is a fiber optic line. If that is not an option then do with broad band DSL. Satellite is still not reliable.

Sky Broadband is a very reputable company. However You may want to make sure that they have a strong signal in your area before you commit to purchasing an installation package. This can be done easily by calling them directly and asking them if your adress has a strong signal. The number should be easily located on the web page.
There are many different options for broadband internet service providers in the Miami area. Some of the broadband internet service providers in the Miami area are: Comcast, Direct TV, and Clear.
Broadband from AT&T is probably your best bet. They have lots of competitors in your area, but you can't beat AT&T's reliability.
