To put a border on a picture, you can use photo editing software like Photoshop or online tools like Canva. Simply select the picture, choose the border option, adjust the size, color, and style of the border, and then apply it to the picture.

To delete a picture popplet, first select the popplet you want to remove by clicking on it. Then, look for the trash can icon or the delete option in the toolbar, and click on it to confirm the deletion. If prompted, confirm that you want to delete the popplet. After this, the picture popplet will be permanently removed from your project.
check settings .. there must be an option to unlock ur toolbar ( to avoid misplacing ur spells). untick it and clean ur toolbar
