3ghz-300ghz
The Pentinum Dual Core Will be faster as on the 'Pentinum 4 HT' there is one Physical Core and one Virtual Core and on the 'Pentinum Dual Core' there are two physical cores. Physical Cores Are faster than virtual cores.

No. The Celeron is much slower.
3GHZ
Not really, if you have a cpu with 1 core and 3ghz vs a multi core with 2.6ghz, the multi core is much better, it can handle more stuff and do it quicker, more cache also helps determine performance.

No. Memory is a way for the computer to store things so it can access them quickly. The processor is used to compute and crunch numbers to decide what to do. Having more memory or a faster processor are both good things, but they are completely different. A 3 ghz with one gig of ram would probably be the faster option.
um looking at the speed difference the 2 ghz and 2mb cache is better but if the speed diff. was like 2 ghz and 2mb vs 3ghz and 1 mb then go in for the 3 ghz one as in this case the larger memory storage gives u an advantage in many areas
it means you haven't got enough swag in life, you should try SHZ it stands for SwagHertZ.
It's limited by your motherboard on what CPU it can take. The list of supported processors is most likely listed in the manual.
nope, u will be fine
