If your sound is out it could be with your connection to the TV or your TV settings.
Could be the tuner board or input settings.
If you go to the concert then it will sound better because your actually there instead of eather watching it on tv or listening to it on the radio...
You could just turn off the sound on your TV or computer.
If there aren`t any Jensen in it
The cord could be broken or something on the motherboard could be broken. You could also check if all the cables are plugged in correctly into your TV.
Check your cord going from your Satellite TV receiver to your television--if you are using a rca cord, the cord could have come loose.
A television may start to hum due to how high the setting for the brightness of the screen may be. There also could be some sort of outside interference that could cause the humming sound.

TV always came with sound. There was never a "silent" TV. In fact by 1928 movies had sound.
First silent movies had no sound, but tv had always sound from the start.
you could try rebooting the cable box or try turning your tv all the way off not standby
