The answers are inaccurate in some cases because:
anyone can sign up for an account and start answering questions.
the person answering the question doesn't care to give the accurate answer.
the question was not phrased properly
the question was not a serious question and therefore the person answering doesn't feel like giving a serious accurate answer

Cheating doesn't pay. The answers on WikiAnswers website are given by visitors to the site. Some of them give accurate answers, some do not. Supervisors on the site try to remove as many inaccurate answers as we can, but we cannot get to them all. There are thousands of questions and answers on the site.
