Here's why free sites are more vulnerable to viruses:
Free sites use alot of advertisements to gain income, and alot of those advertisements may have links to viruses or pop-ups. Its not the sites fault that some advertisement has viruses because the site is only concerned with making money from those advertisements. Where as if a site is funded by a company, or another form of income, there is no need for advertisements, so there are very little if any viruses.
It's not really more vulnerable. Windows is more widely used so it has more viruses written for it.
freedom
it attacks your immune system and makes u more vulnerable to viruses.
Good free music sites are free music sites that are good. I kid, most music websites have spyware and viruses all over them, so try to stick to the more known names. iTunes sometimes offers free music, or tasters at least, and you can trust iTunes! Hope this helped.
Sites that don't have the certificates are more prone to spreading viruses. If the content of the website is objectionable, then you might get objectionable results by interacting with such a site. You can always set your browser settings to be warned of no certificate sites, or for them to be blocked. and if you do end up interacting with such a website, then try not to download anything, and have a good anti-virus working. "Free downloads", "free pornography", spam oriented, are a few examples of sites that are more prone to leaving a virus on your computer.

Analogue signals are more vulnerable to error than digital signals. See the related question "Why digital signals are more noise free than analogue signals?" for more details.
Your computer will be more vulnerable to hacking, malware and virus since unknown websites abound on social network sites.
There are a few free dating sites, and even more that have free trials. Some of the free ones are 'besocial', 'datehookup' and 'mingle2'. There are also sites which offer free trials.
Downloading from free download sites is stealing. Stealing is against the law. You can go to jail for breaking the law. Kapeesh? If that doesn't persuade you to stop, ask yourself: do you ever get something for nothing? Most "free downloads" (or, as they are more accurately known, illegal downloads) are riddled with viruses and worms. Also, illegal downloads have usually inferior quality to legal downloads. Really, the cons outweigh the pros in this one.
