There are a few reasons that you wouldn't be able to get onto sythe.

3) The site's host is running an update/fixing something, in this case just wait it out.
Typically when sythe goes down it takes from 5-90 minutes to come back up. In cases where the host is down/fixing something it can be up to 4-6 hours.
