Highlight the paragraph, right click it and go to copy (or ctrl +c), then click on the page where you want it to go and right click again and go to paste (or ctrl + v)

You can use the Format Painter. Click anywhere in the paragraph. Then click the Format Painter. The select the paragraph you want to paste formatting onto and it will do it.

Its a very simple command... for example if you highlighted this whole paragraph and right clicked on it, you could click copy. After that you can right click some where else, for example a Word document, and click paste and this paragraph will be put there.
Well if you have contacts with it, get them to copy and paste it to you. Then when they have sent it you, right click and then click add.
