Why do people get so affected by cyber bullying?

Because they think they can say anything to anyone and get away with it behind the anonymity of their computers,

or they have had a bad day and decide to take it out on someone who cant do any physical retaliation to them, or they do it for the sheer fun of it (for them)

The reason is unknown, however if the reason is that the victim gets bullied in the real life, That could be the reason for the actual bully to bully them. Also the bully might think that they could get away with it, since no teachers will be around to stop them and they normally expect the victim to be quite. It is more easier aswell since the victim could also be confused, since the bully could be put as anonymous.
