Its a setting in your phone... I'm unsure of the type of phone you have so I cant tell you how to fix it. Its more than likely in your message settings or phone setting.

When you block someone on your phone and then unblock them, you typically do not receive any messages or missed calls that were sent during the block period. You can, instead, find the log of the ratio. Thus: log(A) - log(B) = log(A/B)
