There can be more than one answer to this. He could have the ringer too low to hear it. He may be driving at the moment and is displaying responsible behavior and not getting anyone killed. He very well may be ignoring you and hitting the ignore call button. His cell phone battery may be dead. He may have lost his phone.

He is probably dancing in the mirror naked singing that song "a little bit of Jenny in my life, a little bit of Rhonda all night long" You sent him an interest signal, now if he doesn't respond don't waste another minute on him and show you're affections to somebody else who does not know you yet but is out somewhere looking for you.

since im a guy id know that if your boyfriend is ignoring your calls that means that he either never gets them or he just needs space since you sent him a thousand calls at a time
