Same thing happened to me, so I tried a verity of different things to fix the problem . First I took my SD card out, Did a factory reset , deleted my apps, and removed all the widgets off my home screen but none of that worked. So I started to play around with my WIFI settings and when I turned it off, my phone stopped moving slow. I don't if my phone was moving slow because I was connected to a unsecured network or if I was just connected to WIFI period. So Try turning your WIFI off and see if that does the trick.
