Why don't my posts show up on the Tumblr search?

When you make a post, on the right hand side there should be a section that says tags. You type what you want your tags to be.

Tumblr waits for a certain time period before allowing new users' tagged posts to show up in tag searches.

I think this is because since you have tagged posts with a certain tag, it won't show as they are your own posts and you can't REBLOG them from your dashboard. However you can view them when you go

there might be a problem with your internet or either virus protection and stuff. make sure it isn't the website or a virus so go and get your computer scanned and checked for viruses.

you have to tag it with the words that you are looking up, when your posting something, there is an area to the left that says tags, you can type keywords about your post there

Your posts may not show up on Tumblr because you are not entering them correctly. It may also be a server error on Tumblr's side. Reposting can help solve this problem.
