I think children should be allowed on msn for a certain amount of time and being supervised. My younger sister was allowed to use the internet for aslong as she wanted and going on to whatever sites she wanted. She is now 18 and has a boyfriend who lives in a different country and has only met over msn.She has no social life outside of msn,so i think too much is not a good idea.
