Using all caps on the internet should be avoided, including in your e-mails. The reason you should avoid using all capital letters is because of Internet etiquette rules. Using all caps is interpreted as shouting.

All email addresses are in small caps, as are all internet addresses. If you are typing internet or email addresses in large caps, you are in fact "doing it wrong".

No, "am" and "pm" should not be in caps. They are typically written in lowercase letters.
Trying using a smaller size cap; you are probably using a #11 so try a #10. You can also try pinching the cap after placing it on the nipple. If you're using #11 caps, you should switch to #10 caps which are smaller in diameter and will fit more snugly. If you're allready using #10 caps and they still fall off, you can try pinching the caps slightly with your fingers. The resulting slightly oval shaped cap should then stay on the nipple. Another trick is to seat the caps on the nipples using the gun's hammer. You gently place the hammer on the cap and then press the cap onto the nipple with your fingers. Another method would be to use a wooden dowel to press the caps on. All the caps must be securely in place in order to prevent a chain fire from occurring when your pull the trigger.
