Why won't my iPod charger work?

iPods have a lithium-ion battery that only recharges up to around 1000 cycles. It is a weak battery that won't last forever. If your iPod is an older model, it is possible that the battery needs to be replaced. If your iPod is fairly new, there might be a connection problem due to a manufacturer defect. Take it into the Apple store to get the problem resolved.

There are a few reasons why your iPod may not be charging. The cord could possibly be broken in on spot or you have bent the piece inside where you plug the charger into the iPod therefore making it so it will not charge.

Make sure your wall charger is Apple approved. Some wall chargers do not charge the iPod Touch since it was not tested or made to charge an iPod.

Either you have the wrong charger or its just plain messed up. Try taking it back with the warranty maybe you got it being messed up

This depends. If it won't charge it could be a connection issue. Try to clean out the USB slot on the iPod by blowing air into it. If this doesn't help, then try to use a different outlet.

People say it's not plugged in probaly not plugged in right it might need a rest if it warm or if u bin using alot
