Supply line clogged. The end of the stem where the washer is may have broken off so that the faucet isn't really opening. Shut the water off and take the stem out of the faucet and see what it looks like.
If your outside faucet is frozen, you may notice that no water comes out when you turn it on, or there may be a reduced flow of water. You can also check for frost or ice around the faucet or listen for unusual sounds when you try to use it.
I would purchase a Watt water pressure guage from your local home improvement or hardware store and check your water pressure at your faucet. If water pressure is greater than 40-45psi your regulator needs to be turned down where the water comes into the house.
Unscrew the aerator from the end of the faucet where the water comes out and clean the screen. Sediment build up slows the flow.
I just brought a Glacier Bay pull down ceramic kitchen faucet Model 896408. After installing it, the cold water wasn't coming out of the faucet. It turned out the problem was the coldwater supply line inside the faucet was bent & twisted. As a result, when the body of the faucet was attached, it had to be turned just a little to position it correctly, this tighted and choked the water supply line even more- which meant "no cold water." Waiting on replacement line from Glacier Bay, which, I am certain, will correct the problem.
Faucet.
A faucet.
This depends on what pressure control valve you have and the switch that comes with it. Some may be adjusted, others not, check for a small knob that you can check for pressure adjustment, best way to do this would be to open a tap (faucet) and then turn the adjustment knob down or up to the required pressure.

The LaToscana Elba faucet comes with a lifetime warranty, and is very durable.
To remove the faucet head, first turn off the water supply. Then, use a wrench or pliers to loosen the connection between the faucet head and the faucet spout. Twist the faucet head counterclockwise until it comes off. Be careful not to damage the threads or connections while removing the faucet head.
You need to check your hot/cold handles or the shower spicket. Not sure what type you have, but they come off. More than likely you need to just replace a gasket..
