Personally, i don't think you can really judge.

This is because, without something to write about, there can be no use of literary language.

However, without literary language, it is extremely difficult to convey the purpose of the text, or what it is about.

But, due to the nature of writing, you can basically say what you are writing about is the most important thing. Although those that are dedicated to language may disagree.
