Apparently you didn't crank it up. You are still here. Nothing except it may clean out some old dirty oil. Remove the gas and the oil and discard same. Refill the oil section and refill the gas tank. Don't do that again.
Most vintage Bentley lighters cannot be refilled. They were made to have disposable tanks that would be replaced. Start looking on eBay for one. I have a new Bentley "Lady" lighter.I found out that if I hold the lighter open I can fill it from the top with a butane can.
