if i remember correctly... i started smoking the summer of 2004, and they were under 4 dollars...or around 4 dollars depending on the brand... i specifically remember them being under 4 for a little while then slowly reached the prices we're at today :( oh and for a few years there buy one get one packs were very prevalent. a dollar off one pack was sometimes around. now there are no buy one get ones, just 2 dollars of 2 packs... lame!
