because its the one thing to keep them sane? but yes it does seem unfair Who cares if it keeps 'em sane? Not me or 99% of US citizens. Do we allow 'em alcohol or drugs? Do we allow 'em freedom? Prison should be PUNISHMENT. No TV, tobacco, no weight training, no pleasures of life. Let 'em read selected material!
