Universal's Halloween Horror Nights is located in both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood during the month of October.
Both Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios Hollywood offer unique Halloween experiences, but the scare factor often leans towards Universal Studios. Universal's "Halloween Horror Nights" features elaborate mazes based on popular horror franchises, high production values, and intensive scare tactics. Knott's Scary Farm, while also frightening, tends to focus more on classic horror elements and has a different atmosphere. Ultimately, it depends on personal preference, but Universal is generally considered to have a more intense horror experience.

Universal Studios is a great theme park to visit at any time of the year for those who love movies and rides, but the main focus of the park changes around Halloween. If you are a haunted house enthusiast, then it is imperative for you to plan a trip to the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Every year they have at least one new theme that they explore through several haunted attractions and scare zones. For 2012, there are three themes: The Walking Dead, Silent Hill and Alice Cooper. Although both Orlando and Los Angeles participate in this annual celebration of the things that go bump in the night, haunted house enthusiasts generally recommend Orlando as the better experience.
Dracula, Dracula (Spanish Version) and Frankenstein
