Requires cutting, exhaust pipe bending (if you need to replace any of the pipes), welding, and anchoring. It isn't something most people would be able to read about and do. If you don't already know how, I'd suggest either having a mechanic that already knows how either do it himself, or show you how in person.

I think you could do it yourself. Really, all you need to do is cut a piece from a spot that won't be noticed and replace the damaged one with it. It is basically just cutting and nailing.
