It would be impractical. It is too far across for anyone to desire driving across it. It would be virtually impossible to repair it if something happened too far away in the bridge. It would need what would seem like millions of "legs" holding it up, and they would have to be extremely long to reach the bottom of the ocean. There are areas where the ocean floor can crack open, and cause parts of the bridge to fall apart. It would be unimaginably difficult to even build such a bridge. It will never happen.

There's really no bridge in the ocean to the ocean bridge in Arizona, but there did used to be a bridge that stretched across the ocean to the other side of the world but the oceans rose up so you can't see it but there are pictures of the bridge.
At the time that the bridge was built, technology wasn't good enough to build a tunnel of the necessary length.
Build a bridge over the ball and let the crawler go over it then destroy the bridge and nudge the ball to the finish blocks
You can build a scale model/toy bridge out of toothpicks. You can not build a real bridge to walk on out of toothpicks.
