Can you get alcohol inside Disneyland?

No, Disney has a license to sell alcohol in all of there theme parks and water parks except the Magic Kingdom (and possibly Disneyland Park), with the condition that you may not bring alcohol into or out of any park.

Are you asking if you can sneak it in (maybe, depending on how sneaky you are, and if you're caught with it you can expect to be thrown out) or if you can buy it there (with one exception, no)?

Alcohol is sold in the Disney-owned California Adventure park and in Disney-owned hotels in the resort area, but not in Disneyland itself ... except for in the ultra-exclusive Club 33. If you don't know a member, you can't get in there, so don't worry about it; if booze is a major factor in your enjoyment, head to California Adventure instead, where you can buy beer, wine, or cocktails at a number of places.
