Yes, all season passes work at all Six Flags theme parks within the country. However, your season pass does not work at Six Flags waterparks.

Unless you have the season pass combo. which includes the water park, theme park, and in some six flags the safari. Were I live they have all three parks.

When did Six Flags Great Adventure first open?

Great Adventure first opened its gates on July 1, 1974. Created and designed by Warner LeRoy, the park was originally a subsidiary of Hardwicke Companies, Inc. Following its first season, the park required a significiant infusion of additional cash, which was provided by the Pritzker Family of Chicago. By the end of its second season, Hardwicke retained only a 5% interest in the park and management of its operations. At the conclusion of the 1977 season, the park was sold outright to a subsidiary of the Penn Central Transportation Company (GSC/Six Flags) and the name was officially changed to Six Flags Great Adventure.
