Has anyone fallen into the Grand Canyon?

58 people have accidentally fallen into the Grand Canyon and died between 1925 and 2005. 48 others died while hiking inside the canyon. A quarter of the deaths are because of heat exhaustion. There also has been suicides but I'm not sure how many
