I am not quite sure what you mean by horse beach riding permit? But I think you mean Do I need a permit to ride on beaches?
Usually you don't, as long as you check that the beach you want to ride on will allow you to. Always check that you ride on a horse friendly beach, and take care of people who might be relaxing there.
I hope this helped you in anyway. If you have any other queries then please discuss this on the discussion page.

Most beaches in Florida require you to get a permit to ride if you will be bringing your own horse. Typically it is cheaper to use a guided tour, however most will not allow galloping as it can damage the beach and disturb the native wildlife. That said there are some that may allow cantering and possibly a very short gallop. Amelia Island-Freestyle Beach Horse Riding is one of these. A one hour ride will cost $60 (as of 2/3/2013) and is personalized to each rider, you will do Walk Trot and Canter if your ability allows it and you can choose between English or Western tack. Bareback riding typically is not permitted or safe to do on a beach, no matter what you see in Ads or on TV..
There are many sorts of attractions at the Myrtle Beach, there is horse back riding at the beach, Captain Hook's adventure Golf course for family, many restaurants, theaters, and other amusing things to do.

It depends on the location and the specific rules of that area. In general, it's a good idea to check with local authorities or the beach management to see if a permit is required for hosting a beach party. Permit requirements may vary depending on the size of the event, the activities involved, and any local regulations.

I think it is illegal to ride a horse on any PUBLIC beach, but if you get premission to ride on that beach from the town coulsel or som thing, then it would be fine.
it depends on what horse riding you are talking about. if you are riding on trails you usually go on mountain trails or you can go on beach trails, etc. if you are talking about riding lessons they take place in a small or large (if indoors) enclosed arena. horse racing takes place on a track. the track kinda looks like a large running track with dirt or grass. and if you are competing like dressage or show jumping it will be in a semi-large rectangle like arena but cross country is different because you go through the woods and jump over natural obstacles that were put there for you like a rock or tree trunk.
