Wear loose clothing and less layers. the houses that are built should be cool. and do different activities. During the midday sun people generally stay sheltered and have a siesta. If they go out in the day they cover up with loose clothes to keep themselves shaded cool. why do you want to live there anyway. is kind of an obvious answer because when its really hot for us we try out different ways to stay cool.
