I worked for a Chrysler dealer in Milwaukee WI, and it would take about two weeks to get a car once it was assigned a rail car number for the train. They need to be shipped from the factory to a rail car, and then a central trucking company, then the trucking company brings them to the dealer. With how the new car auto industry is now, I would imangine it would take any where from two-four months to get a new car that is built for you. A dealer should be able to locatea car with the options your looking for from another dealership within a week. Ordering a car is very rare these days.
