It depends on how much you want to do & see. If you want to see every show, ride every ride, go in every shop & meet every character it would easily take from open to close if not an additional day depending on crowds & waiting times, but if you just want to do specific things it can only take a few hours (5 maybe 6) to wander around each park.
For example, my brother & I went to EPCOT in 2014 and rode several rides, watched Captain Eo, even waiting almost an hour in line at Soarin' and were done in about three or four hours. We could have wandered around more but we wanted to go back to Magic Kingdom.
