Maximum capacity is around 85,000. By that point nobody's having much fun ... it's hard to even walk around without tripping over people ... so park management generally closes the gates to new arrivals (operating on a "one out, one in" basis) slightly before that (80,000 or so). Also, the fire marshal could order the gates to be shut to new arrivals sooner than that if in his opinion the park is getting dangerously crowded (more of a judgement call than an actual number).
