The Gold Coast has not suffered any ill-effects from the Queensland floods which have affected 75% of the state. The theme parks have remained open, and will remain open. It is unknown whether or not there will be a cyclone or other bad weather in March that will affect the Gold Coast, but chances are good that March will be a good month to go to this part of Queensland.
