I have never heard this theory but anything is possible.
methane
because the gas under the ocean that sinks ships and air craft is oxygenated in the water.
Fuel exhaustion- as you said a gas- running out of gas- could certainly precipitate an aircraft- to say the least forced landing- which could be a fatal one.
Gravity is everywhere! All the forces of nature act there. Some disappearances can be attributed to methane gas eruptions from the sea floor.
It is not officially the reason behind it, it is one of the natural (not supernatural) options. It is commonly used with other natural processes like tornadoes and storms.
There's some people who think that the Bermuda Triangle is a place where a magnetic field is fluctuating because of heavy metals in the soil at the bottom of the ocean. It messes up the compasses and gets people lost. Also, it is theorized that the soil there also has collections of methane gas that erupts with such force that it can tip boats and damage planes.
Many people believe that the pulling energy inside the Bermuda triangle is caused by a force called "Irrepressible Polar Movement" or in simpler terms, uncontrollable actions of the magnetic field around Earth. Some scientists think there may be a greater amount of magnetic force around the Bermuda triangle, but can't explain why not everything that goes into the Bermuda triangle disappears. There are even a few people who think the Triangle is a time machine that sucks planes and ships in to an unknown place in time. That's all I got, so all I can say is, pick your favorite theory or make up your own explanation.
Missing planes and ships. There has been hundreds of studies about why so many planes and ships either disappear or appear way off course in the Bermuda triangle. Theories range from aliens to gas bubbles in the ocean depth's to magnetic anomaly.
100's because of magic trolls that make huge waves when they pass gas
Methanoyl gas bubbles on the floor of the ocean for that area creates sink holes in the water and gases rise to the air affecting the altitude and velocity of the airplanes. Watched this on "Discovery's Dive To The Bermuda Triangle" where 3 or 4 different therioes were tested and proven. Still some unanswered questions though. Interesting program.
There are huge areas of frozen methane gas on the seafloor in the Triangle. When the solids heat and become gaseous this results in a change in the density and composition of the air above. Objects such as boats and planes lose their buoyancy and sink due to the change in the atmopshere.
It vanished in the what is said Bermuda triangle it was on it's way to the bay of Baltimore and disappeared, some say it is gas bubbles or rogue wave but no one knows what completely happened to it that day.
