The Royal Gorge Bridge is primarily designed for pedestrians, allowing visitors to walk across and enjoy stunning views of the gorge below. While vehicles are not permitted on the bridge, there is a nearby park area with facilities that accommodate parking for visitors. The focus of the bridge is to provide a scenic experience rather than serve as a road for cars.
By the way, we have the tallest bridge that supports cars to go over it, but Colorada beats us with being the tallest bridge(not a bridge that supports cars). New River Gorge Bridge is still a better bridge though ;3.

Dynamic Load The "load" is the total force and weight that a structure such as a bridge is designed to withstand. For a bridge, the total load includes the "dynamic" loads of traffic, people, wind, snow, and ice and the "static" load of the bridge's own weight.
I just came back from Oregon. The waterfall is Multnomah Falls just off Highway 84 on the scenic byway through the Columbia River Gorge. What an awesome place to visit! Cars don't drive over the bridge. People park their cars in a lot closer to the Hwy 84, then pass the visitor center to take a short hike uphill. Worth the trip. Just down the road is Horsetail Falls, less crowded and not as high, but really beautiful!
it can let people and cars go across the bridge. It made it easier and quicker to get from one side to the other. Prior to its construction in the 1930's, people had to take a ferry.
