For all territory's on earth there are opportunities.

The problem is often to be ingenious enough to exploit the possible when it seems impossible.

There are not many farmers in Sahara, and it would probably be rather difficult to sell sand. (Some obvious reasons to this.)

We must ask ourselves: What does Sahara Desert actually provide?

It does not provide water. Provide I wrote, not what it doesn't provide.

Ok. I will rephrase the question.

It does provide lack of water.. Much better..

We could actually find methods to provide water in this area and make a job out of this.

Sahara Desert provide a lot of sun and heat too.

This can be used for production of electricity (and it is). Many people work maintaining power plants and desalinization plants in Sahara.

As we all need more power, I am sure there can be more solar power plants built in the Sahara desert.

There is a possibility that we can fertilize areas of the desert in order to actually grow crops, fruits etc there. This could be a choice of job.

It is not easy, but we can find possible job opportunities there.
