Should we stop zoos

Yes!! we should get rid of Zoos. They are prisons to animals, they should be able to run free. They could get out of their cages and attack humans!! It's for our own and the animals own good.

This depends on your opinion. Here's mine. Good zoos, the ones who take good care of the animals and provide opportunities for education and helps endangered species to grow back, should stay. Bad zoos, where animals are used only for entertainment, are cruel and should go. Of course, it would help tremendously if people would stop poaching killing, and destroying animals' territories in the first place.

yes because they dont treat animals they should be treated they dont give them the amount of food they should be having and some zoos hit the animals . animals are better of staying in there natural habitat thats where they belong

No, they should not be shut down:

• It provides a place for scientists to find solutions and cures for problems affecting wild animals.
• It provides breeding help for those animals that are widely scattered and waning in population size.

I don't think so. Zoos, if you think about it, give the animals a place to live without having to worry about getting food or about their predators. The downside is that animals are not in their natural habitat.

Some zoos are leaders in veterinary medicine, genetic work, and they do get the public to care about animals.
