there are soo many, here are a few: -seafood (that we eat)
- medicine (from animals or ocean plants)
- household items (i.e. toothpaste has kelp, sea salt used in food comes from the sea, etc)
- oceans absorb Carbon Dioxide, reducing the CO2 left in the air that we breathe
- oceans moderate temperature, cooling hot areas during the day and releasing that heat at night
