Monkeys lizards and frogs are herbivores but some specific species are omnivores.
The grassland in a rain forest is called the rain forest floor. It is the section in which the vegetation and herbivores live. But be careful. There are PLENTY of carnivores down there too.
Carnivores eat herbivores, but they also eat omnivores, which is another category that combines the herbivore and the carnivore. Certainly there would be much less food available to carnivores if all the herbivores were gone, and the number of carnivores would decrease, but as long as there are still omnivores, then there is the opportunity for some carnivores to continue to exist. For example, we human beings are omnivores, and even if all the herbivores were to disappear, we would find a way to continue to feed our pet dogs and cats, which are carnivores. Pigs are also omnivores, so presumably we would still have them as farm animals and food sources.
The Capybara only eat plant matter in order to acquire all of the nutrients it needs. The diet of the Capybara is mainly made up of grasses and aquatic plants, along with fruits and berries and the occasional munch on soft tree bark. This makes them Herbivores; animals who only eat vegetation. Omnivores eat both meat and vegetation (humans) and carnivores eat only meat (sharks). This means that they can't be classified as either of these.
Leopards are carnivores and they live in the rain forest.

Jaguars and Tigers are two of the main carnivores of the rain forest
There are a whole bunch of different types of carnivores that live in a tropical rain forest. Please be more specific on which rain forest you are referring to so that I can better assist you.
The advantage of rain is that it grows grass which the herbivores eat. On the other hand the carnivores have an advantage that if rain comes on their territory, the carnivores will feast on the herbivores which love grass. If you define it simply it means that the carnivores will have food to eat in their own territory and they wont have to search for food so hard. For the prey, it can eat all that it wants.
