There are the commercial types: Service_shown in blue, Food_shown in green, Retail_ shown in purple, Recreation_shown in a yellowish white, and Creative_shown in orange. These floors will get you coins when you restock them. They can be upgraded to hold more stock at the price of 3 tower bucks with no level cap. The other type of floor is Residential: there are more residential floors than any other type of floor. They are used to move in bitizens who work in the commercial floors (the only way to make money off of commercial floors) bitizens can be moved in when they ask to go to a residential floor, or you can immediately move in bitizens at the price of one tower buck for one bitizen.
Build a new floor and make it a residential floor. Each day you'll get rent from your bitzens.

Tiny Tower happened in 2011.
tiny fish
Bitizens can't date in Tiny Tower.
i think there are 6...
The BitBook is a facebook like program in the menu that only bitizens use. Most bitizens will basically tell you that a floor needs to be restocked, or a floor has been fully stocked, or they are just making jokes and asking for raises.
You can't have 2 separate accounts on tiny tower.
mario!
Provided you have residential space available you can either wait until a bitizen requests to be taken to the residential floor (at which time they will live at Tiny Tower) or you can select the residential floor you wish to fill and pay one Bit Bux to rent space immediately. If you have filled your residential space, you'll have to build more by clicking the "add floor" billboard at the top of your building, then select the "residential" type (the first option, at the top) and begin building a new apartment.
You can take them up to the apartment with the elevator(only when they ask to go to that floor) or if you are lucky, you can get a real estate(VIP); they can move in a new bitzens.
You currently can't. But in the future, if Zynga lets you, they probably will charge you money for their ingame 'bucks' to do it. If you like playing dream heights, take a look at 'Tiny Tower' which is what Zynga copied exactly. Tiny Tower is free and has more control over the game as well as free 'bucks' as you do mini quests.
