I'm sorry, but there appears to be no widely known context or reference to "tunnel yunsberger" in medical literature or popular culture. If you could provide more details or clarify the context, I'd be happy to help answer your question!

When your doctor advises you to do so. It varies on how severe the carpal tunnel was/is, but I would say 1-3 months.
Carpal tunnel is 'le tunnel carpien' in French.
You have not given enough information. Carpal tunnel is an occupational disease. I think that is what it is called. It is caused from repetitive motion. It is not caused from one specific injury. If you had a specific injury it could not have caused the carpel tunnel. However, you may still have an OWCP claim for the carpel tunnel if you return to your doctor and ask them what caused the carpel tunnel . If there is a repetitive component to your job,i.e keying mail? Keyboard? this may be the cause of carpel tunnel, then it is indeed a claim for OWCP. You did not say what the injury was or what the results were but the carpel tunnel was just something the doctor happened to find when he examined you after the accident . You have had it all along , not just because of the accident.
The Channel Tunnel is normally just called the Channel Tunnel. Road signs say "Channel Tunnel" on the English side, and "Tunnel sous la Manche" on the French side.

As far as I can say, it IS true. I believe in it because I'm a Christian and I believe the feelings that people say they had are real. When they say they are floating above their body, watching it being resuscitated, their soul is beginning to depart for heaven, then they see the white tunnel, leading them to heaven. These people get resuscitated before they have a chance to go up the white tunnel. One curious thought though is..... what does this tunnel look like?
I'm gonna go ahead and say the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, seeing as they used their building as HQ in the movie
