People who sell octopuses would not have that job.The job would not even exist. The person who discovered it would have not found such a creature that has eight [8] arms and in each has rows of suckers. The people who catch octopuses and eat them would not have the good protein that the octopus has.I read a book about octopuses and I am going to tell you it is seriously interesting. An octopus can change color and shape. Now THAT'S cool.If octopuses did not exist, our planet,Earth, would have one [1] less sea creature in the world and that would be sad.Without octopuses, there are would be many changes in the world.Today,2012,there are octopuses and if they become extinct, our world would be different.

i think its lives where ever it can find to live in the ocean
i think it happen in mid-ocean ridge.
A blue ringed octopus has a charecteristic feature of having blue to black rings on the dorsal side. The rings are iridescent. they are dosile creature but are very venemous. The venom is created by a bacteria in their salivary gland. They occur from the coasts of Japan to Australia.
Octopuses or octopi can live in many places in the marine biome also they can live in the saltwater, shallow water and the pelagic zone which could be considered in the Atlantic Ocean or the Pacific Ocean. Technically all the oceans you can think of and the oceans you think they could survive in.
No Chance stop the waves in the ocean, don't think it.
I think what you mean is how many tentacles does an octopus have. In that case, 8.
Well, the octopus had ink glands like the squid, and if it had fins then not only would it look ridiculous, they couldn't get away from predators. Also, on a octopuses tentacles, there are suction cups. They can't get them on fins, and they work as hands. I think octopuses and tenctacles get along, not fins. Don't you?
Besides humans, octopus.(That is what I think and believe)
Yes,sometimes. I think they do only if the octopus is dead...... but maybe not......
because the plural of octopus is octopuses
I don't think animals care or even know of sexualities, so yes. An octopus can be "gay"
No, but they do have a shell, which acts like an exoskeleton; protecting them from predators, providing camouflage, and sealing in moisture.
