Not directly as the Clifton is set on the outskirts of Bristol and you would need to travel across the city to the M32 then the M4
Bristol is famous for its boatt ss Great Britain which you can visit, and bridges like the clifton suspension bridge built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
It's in Central Bristol. There are others I think but this is the most famous one. It's a "well-to-do" suburb, close to the Uni, City Centre and is home to the Zoo, Downs and Clifton Suspension Bridge.
