One famous building in China is the Great Wall. In fact, it's the one manmade structure that can be seen from outer space. Another famous building is the Potala Palace of Tibet's Dalai Lama. It's an aesthetic, architectural and engineering feat of manmade beauty in the face of steep slopes, rarefied air, and challenging weather.
