it's not blue actually, the water is, in fact murkier than that of any other sea or ocean due to the fact that the black sea has no major connection to any bigger seas/oceans so that the dead fish and corals just sit and rot on the bottom of the sea instead of being swept away by the currents, it is also the reason why there is no tide.
