It depends what kind of amusement park it is....
If it's a kid's kind of amusement mark, it should be named something nice and playful. But if it's like one of those big "Cedar Point" amusement parks, then it should be named something, you know, cool:)

There are lots of amusement parks, but the best known are Tivoli in Copenhagen and Bakken in Klampenborg
The lead singer for (hed) p.e. is Jared Gomes, but he goes by Jahred Gomes. I am not sure if he has been in another band, but im pretty sure he hasnt.
Amusement park is only capital if it is the name of a location. For instance, you would capitalize Cedar Point Amusement Park. Amusement park by itself, however, is just a noun, and only follows standard sentence grammar (Capitalize amusement if it's the first word in a sentence, etc.)

I assume you mean the Christmas song by that name. it is NOT remotely about an Amusement Park. Most of the Parks operate only in the Good Old Summertime.
