On-ride photos from Splash Mountain are not available through Disney's PhotoPass system. The only way to purchase these photos is at the parks. Currently, only Test Track (Epcot) and Space Mountain (Magic Kingdom) at the Walt Disney World Resort utilize the PhotoPass system for their on-ride photos.
