I would believe it to be called Freshwater. In the oceans it would be Saltwater.
The same places we get it today. Rivers, streams, lakes and reservoirs.

Eutrophication?
runoff
The water that flows in streams and rivers into the ocean and lakes is called runoff or freshwater.
Streams and rivers flow down a long path and ponds and lakes stay in one place and not flowing like streams and rivers.

Earth's reservoirs, such as rivers and lakes, are connected to the ocean through the water cycle. Water evaporates from the ocean's surface, forms clouds, and falls back to Earth as precipitation. This precipitation replenishes reservoirs and eventually flows back to the ocean through rivers and streams, completing the cycle.
Streams, lakes and rivers.
Into lakes,streams, and rivers
Dams are built to create reservoirs.
Lakes, rivers, and streams are bodies of water.
