A huge monument with the face of a human and the body of a lion is called a "sphinx." The most famous example is the Great Sphinx of Giza in Egypt, which dates back to around 2500 BC and is believed to represent the Pharaoh Khafre. Sphinxes often symbolize strength and wisdom in various cultures.
Sphinx is the only monument with the body of a lion and the face and breasts of a woman in the upper dress of Pharaohs and it also includes some wings. In reality,it was a monster sent to save Egypt Ans. by:Avikalp Kishore

The Sphinx was one of the greatest sculptures, its face human, but body lion. The Pyramids of Giza are also great achievements by the Egyptians. There is also the Valley of the Kings, but is not really a structure, but an underground tunnel/cemetery. There were also step pyramids made, but the regular pyramid is better. They made shrines to worship their gods which is a small rectangular place. I think they also made temples to worship their gods too.
The mandible is the lower jawbone, which is the largest and strongest bone in the human face. It plays a crucial role in chewing, speaking, and facial structure.
