How often? Flooding occurs in the Philippines so many times. I can't tell you exactly but I think it happens for not more than 10 times a year. Last year we experienced Ondoy ( KETSANA ).

Thunderstorms are mostly located in the central u.s and sometimes mid east and west and they mostly occur there because throughout the year, the weather is mostly warm and whenever they get rain- thunderstorms!!
